- Study of lifelong training needs and support requirements of workers with intellectual disabilities employed in mainstream companies.
Its aim is to show that for employment to be rewarding to the individual and to society and in order for the individual to keep his or her job, there must be monitoring and support by a team of specialists providing continuing education in work-related, personal and social matters. The proposition that will be tested is that the support and specialized monitoring provided by supported employment organizations is a determining factor, both for people with intellectual disabilities to keep their jobs and to encourage mainstream companies to hire them. Supporting organizations: FCSD, via Desenvolupament Comunitari. Funded by Consorci de Formació Continuada de Catalunya. 2005 .
